Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 3 working days of receiving your order, provided the reason is genuine (such as a manufacturing defect or a wrong item delivered).

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Exchange requests will not be entertained after 3 working days from the date of delivery, or for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection not related to a genuine defect.

Once your exchange request is approved, further instructions regarding the return of the product and dispatch of the replacement will be shared with you.
